Sales Manager Europe
Zeropex is looking for an experienced sales manager to bring Difgen into the marketplace.
Zeropex AS, a Norwegian green energy company was established in 2007. The company develops and manufactures machinery to recover lost energy in fluid systems. Zeropex is fully owned by Energreen AS. The company is located in Sandnes, Norway.
Zeropex has several products under development in its portfolio. Today, the Difgen is ready for sale.
The Difgen range is designed for low pressure and medium flow rates. Suitable applications include drinking water systems, fish farms, food processing, industrial pressurized cooling systems, etc.
Zeropex wish to recruit a Sales Manager with a proven track record having focus on the European market.
The sales manager is:
- Motivated to prospect and drive sales
- Enthusiastic to work for an organisation operation on a international level
- Available and willing to travel in Europe, may live or be based in the Southern Europe
- Focused on completing sales and build markets
- Interested in learning about the renewable energy market, and eager to win business in Europe (Italy, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK)
Main areas of responsibility:
- Drive sales and get the product out in the market
- Analyse the market and evaluate business opportunities
- Identify business processes and decision makers
- Acquire and develop new customer accounts
- Follow up on proposals
- Negotiate contracts, with support from the Product development team
Your background:
- Proven track record from sales across Europe for at least 3-5 year
- Good balance between tactical and strategic work
- Attitude demonstrating creativity and initiative
- You have worked with sales on a high level
- Excellent communication skills in at least English, and preferably one or more relevant European languages
